Pishirilgan xamir va góshtni (odatdaqazini) mayda to’g’rab, aralashtirib tayyorlanadigan ovqat; qirg’iz, qozoq, uyg’urvao’zbek milliy taomi; Toshkentda keng tarqalgan milliy taom; o'zbek milliy taomlari orasida eng mazali va sevimlisi hisoblanadi.
